Refund and CancellationPolicy

Cancellations and Rescheduling:

Cancellations Made 48 Hours in Advance: Clients who cancel their session at least 48 hours before the scheduled time are eligible for a full refund or may choose to reschedule at no additional cost.

Cancellations Made Less Than 48 Hours in Advance: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session will not be eligible for a refund. However, clients may reschedule their session one time at no additional cost.

Missed Appointments:

Clients who miss their appointment without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund. Missed appointments may be rescheduled one time at a 50% discounted rate.

Unsatisfactory Service Refunds:

If a client feels the consultation did not meet agreed-upon expectations, they may request a partial refund. Requests must be submitted in writing within 24 hours of the session.
