As the CEO and Founder of Drastic Results Marketing & Sales Coaching, Toni Harris Taylor helps entrepreneurs and franchise professionals grow their businesses by building authentic relationships. Her mission? To inspire, connect, and equip business owners with the right strategies to Show Up, Be Up, and Follow Up to Blow Up!
Based in Houston, TX, but working nationally and internationally, Toni’s impact stretches far and wide. Through business coaching, networking training, and franchising consulting, she empowers entrepreneurs to develop strong marketing strategies, build valuable community connections, and create revenue-generating opportunities. She’s not just a coach—she’s known as The Coach that Connects™, opening doors for her clients through her global network of business leaders and decision-makers.
One of her most significant milestones was purchasing a franchise herself. This experience opened her eyes to the power of franchising as a path to business ownership and generational wealth. Seeing the lack of women and people of color in the space, Toni launched Drastic Franchise Matchmakers and Multicultural Franchise Connectors to educate and connect underrepresented communities with franchise opportunities.
Toni’s advice? “Your network is your net worth. Success isn’t about what you know—it’s about who you know and who knows you. Be intentional about building relationships, showing up in the right rooms, and following up with purpose.”
Ready to take drastic moves in your business? Connect with Toni at DrasticResults.com to learn more about the first step toward getting the drastic results your business deserves!

At Occasions On Main, every event is more than just a celebration—it’s a story brought to life. Founded by Maxine Baptiste, this Black Woman Owned event venue and planning business in Lithonia, GA, is redefining customer service, personalization, and community impact.
Maxine’s journey began with resilience. Becoming a mother at 15, she defied the odds, channeling her challenges into a passion for curating unforgettable experiences. With an eye for detail and a heart for service, she built a business that transforms dreams into reality, whether it’s a milestone birthday, an executive gathering, or a lavish wedding.
But Occasions On Main is more than a venue. Maxine is committed to giving back, hosting coat drives, gifting spa days to single mothers, and relaunching her nonprofit for teen girls in 2025. Her biggest achievement? Her mother witnessing her success before passing from cancer. Now, with plans to expand into Canada and open a Breakfast Bar, she’s just getting started. Her advice? Never compare your journey—your success is your own.
